A scalable restaurant platform that manages orders, payments, inventory, and double-entry accounting in real time.
Challenge
The restaurant needed a unified system to handle high-volume orders, real-time payments, inventory tracking, and accurate financial accounting without relying on disconnected tools.
Solution
We built a modular backend using Laravel with a clear domain-driven design. The system integrates POS orders, payments, inventory movements, and a double-entry accounting engine with ledgers, journals, and financial reports. Real-time order processing, role-based access, and GraphQL APIs were implemented for extensibility.
Result
The restaurant now processes thousands of daily orders seamlessly, with real-time financial visibility. Manual accounting errors were eliminated, monthly closing time was reduced by 70%, and system uptime reached 99.9%.
